الوصف الوظيفي
• Assist BD Manager in producing yearly business plan and monitor execution.
• Agree with the BD Manager on marketing objectives to compliment Business Development activities and material required to Business Development processes.
• Prepare and develop corporate presentations and company prequalification documents as directed by the BD Manager
• Responsible for supervising of compilation of information / data being incorporated in the Prequalification Documents and Company Profile.
• Assist the BD Manager and Supervise the Quarterly Market Study production for departmental and management’s review.
• Prepare Market Forecast and Analysis with assistance from BD Manager.
• Attend marketing and Business Development activities, such as industry conferences and networking events.
• Agree with BD Manager on marketing objectives to compliment Business Development activities and material required to Business Development processes
• In coordination with BD Manager, coordinate closely with client to develop project execution strategy and KPIs to monitor implementation of the same.
• Dealing with the Human Capital daily issues in coordination with the BD Manager
• Prepares communication briefs on various subjects as required, on behalf of business development department.
• Assist to Update Department policies and procedures as instructed by BD Manager
• Lead the delivery of the targets based on agreed time frames.
• Coordinate with BD Manager, Project Director/Manager to finalize project budgets, plans and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with BD Manager, Project Director/Manager, COO and HR Manager to staff the project team in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine project site meetings with QPM staff.
• Assist the BD Manager to manage client relationship for the project(s) through periodic update and feedback meetings, bringing in the Project Director/Manager at appropriate times.
• Assist to finalize and manage scope, schedule, quality and budget changes with client where necessitated. Ensure that change control system is implemented.
• In coordination with BD Manager, liaise with client for critical decisions as required.
• In coordination with BD Manager, take executive decisions as required during the course of the ongoing project.

المهارات
Minimum 10 years’ experience ideally with a project management/ consultant/ contractor.
A degree in engineering, construction, or relevant Management/Business discipline. A Project Management qualification would be an advantage
