Salary: up to 50K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits

Job Description:
- Has the responsibility for the implementation of the General Framework on campus
- Comply with Roles and Responsibilities to protect staff, students, contractors, the community, and the environment
- Is responsible for implementing the Policy for Business Continuity (BC) and is accountable for ensuring that management systems comply to the requirements of “National Standards for Business Continuity Management System” and that a governance framework and reporting structure for BCMS is in place and responsibilities and authorities are assigned and communicated appropriately.
- Commits to the BCMS and ensure that the system integrates with other business processes
- As the leading member of the Management Team, the Director conceptualizes and implements strategic plans and provides leadership in establishing and maintaining an educational community of students and staff
- A core responsibility for developing the learning model of independent, life-long learning
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to English native speakers
- 55 years old and below
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field is essential
- Qualification at PhD level is highly desirable
- At least 10 years’ experience working in Institutions at Senior Management Level
- Should be knowledgeable in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector in an International Context
- Must be familiar with Higher Education Policies, Standards, Procedures and Practices
- Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in the UAE
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
