The Performance & compliance manager is responsible to develop and implement control systems for dealing
with violations of compliance and SLA performance as per active contract, guidelines and policies of the project.
Define, evaluate and revise already existing company/project procedures and regulations in order to identify and
resolve hidden/potential issues against contract.
In addition, conduct risk assessments & regular audit to identify and tackle business areas with risk of
noncompliance and breach of SLAs/penalties.
The Performance Manager need to have their eyes and ears on periodic reports & performance of operation and
always paying attention, as his job is to oversee Compliance & performance of entire solution as agreed contract
terms.
Design and implement programs/policies useful in ensuring compliance with government, legal regulations and
contract
Operations & Performance review with operations head on various aspects of operations such as service
request, Incident Management, Problem Manager, change Management etc
Prepare and present to company management compliance reports useful in taking key business decisions
Conduct investigations to identify the root of a compliance & performance issue to resolve it
Ensuring the SLA performance of the operations of entire company’s central platform, sectoral platform and
services to end customers through standard reporting and service review
Work closely with the Business Process Management team and Operations Head of the company, and suggest
enhancements whenever required
Monitor laws and regulations with possible impact on project/ business processes and deliverables
Manage & Monitor the contracts with vendor management team and monitor the KPIs (if any)
Periodically assess the tools & applications used with Operations Head, and propose enhancements whenever
necessary
Carrying out performance reviews and audit for periodic SLA performance and compliance check
Ensure proper documentation of compliance activities for reference purposes
All other duties as assigned
Independently resolves issues in relation to performance & compliance activities within own area entire team
More complex problems would be resolved in consultation with superior to meet and maintain SLA performance
Ensures all performance SLA and compliance reports are documented and reviewed with customer on timely
and periodic basis and ensure all issues are solved within permitted timeframe related for performance &
compliance through regular audit on compliance & performance, ensuring operations team is maintaining service standards to maintain the company’s reputation and ensure customer satisfaction
Organize and plan own time / workload to meet deadlines and avoid workload conflicts
Ensure reasonable and efficient use of time, manpower, technical resources and communication in order to
provide accurate and timely information related to performance and compliance of operations
Develop plans and procedures to implement activities to improve quality and efficiency of the operations with
regards to performance
Monitor department and outsourced teams’ performance in line with BU score card / operations
Form cross functional relationships with all relevant support functions to ensure performance SLA are met and
compliance is maintained
All relevant departments within the company’s operations to ensure the execution of services to high standards
and in a timely manner with regular follow-up, and to negotiate deadlines
Other departments in the operations team to ensure exchange of relevant data
Management for requested reports
Customers, Suppliers, Contractors and Third Party Vendors

المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or
equivalent experience;
• ITIL Expert, TOGAF, Scrum are essential
• Azure cloud computing and cloud operations management certification is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in operation management, at least 5 years out of which should be in the managerial role
of compliance & performance manager
• Proven work experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role;
• Excellent working knowledge of technical management, information analysis, network and systems
administration, computer hardware/software systems;
• Expertise in data center, Application Management and cloud environment management
• Experience of managing performance and compliance for Nationwide Solution
• Expertise in systems and data governance;
• Interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate throughout the IT organization with individuals of
varying technical abilities;
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices;
• Ability to manage personnel remotely, across multiple time zones;
• Experience strengthening and maintaining inter- and cross-functional relationships;
• Experience with the helpdesk ticketing system/software.
• Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL-4/v3 and/or TOGAF with
expert level certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization, including interaction
with senior level stakeholders, internal and external
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing
requirements, schedules and priorities
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
• High level of IT literacy
• Project Management experience is a plus
