Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for an FF&E Manager in Dubai on a full-time basis.

Job Description

• Manage the entry of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications from the interior design specification book to project installation and reconciliation.
• Work with the interior design department/customer to establish project timelines, quantities, and required delivery schedules.
• During the pricing process, assist in resolving any issues and/or provide clarification by working with the internal departments, interior designer, supplier, and Client.
• Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress, and complete projects on plan.
• Develop proposed project budgets and maintain project expenditures within budget.
• Develop and interpret specifications, scopes of work, and contracts where applicable.
• Effectively communicate and update superiors on project progress.
• Hold regular status meetings with the project team.
• Facilitate client meetings effectively.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction.
• Compellingly convey project findings through the preparation of reports and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 minimum years of purchasing or project management experience preferred.
• Ability to function well under heavy workload with multiple priorities
• Experience with UAE, USA, UK, and Italian brands markets is highly beneficial.
• Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products.
• Must have solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (in English).
• Significant experience within a complex and large estate

Terms

• Work on the part of the Client.
• Work with projects of commercial and residential segments, ranging from 450 to 1000 sq.m.
• The level of remuneration is discussed at the meeting.
• Full-Time Employment
