الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
- Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR and senior management.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
المهارات
Must have experience as a Team leader /Supervisor in facilities management.
Excellent Communication skills.
Good exposure in MS Office.
