الوصف الوظيفي
- Support the team in strategies and plans to execute internal and external communications requirements to promote the activities of the Group
- Deploy a wide range of communications skills and formats, while providing sound advice and guidance to stakeholders to deliver a variety of messages
- Work with departments across organization to deliver innovative, best-in-class communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with external media providers – Welcome and track all press contacting us from the different channels
- Develop written material related to the Communication Unit as well as internal documents
- Support in managing the internal communications of the Group to ensure staff across the company are up to date with the latest information
- Support the senior team members in issues related to communication management, predominantly through rigorous media monitoring and management of media
- Manage and coordinate external resources such as agencies, pres monitoring agencies and translator
- Conduct regular reports about company’s perceptions, press output and coverage analysis to identify successes, trends and monitor risks, and provide feedback and recommendations.
المهارات
- Any degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Extensive knowledge in social media and communication platforms
- Expertise in PowerPoint presentation and template design
- Ability to collaborate with agencies for marketing strategy
