Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with clients to collect and understand their product vision and gather functional requirements
– Develop requirements specifications and models
– Develop process models, use cases, user stories, manage product backlogs and define priorities
– Work closely with the UI/UX team to convert functional requirements into product mockups and designs
– Develop system documentation
Qualifications:
– 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, including elicitation, specification, and modeling of functional requirements
– Experience with Agile user stories, backlog management, and use cases
– Experience with requirements documentation in different styles like Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and User Manuals
– Analytical skills and attention to detail, experience with multiple software solutions is a plus
– Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Office, Visio
- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile practices is a plus
