Job Summary:

This role is mainly responsible to help DADCO company to meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

● Forecast and plan out future season goals within territory

● Use reporting to analyze opportunities within the territory by division/region

● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer (such as Insulation Contractors, consultants, new and existing projects) relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

● Aware of new and current projects and competition status.

● Coordinate project sales effort with team members and other departments.

● Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

● Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

● Make surveys to check on customers' level of satisfaction and take corrective actions accordingly.

● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Education & Experience:

● Bachelors of business administration or a related field is a must; sales post graduate diploma or international certification is an advantage.

● 1+ years of proven experience in sales or business roles

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

● Strong business sense and industry expertise.

● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

● knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)

● Advanced computer skills on MS Office, sales software and databases.

● Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
