Our client is a Automotive Company in UAE. They are now looking for an Automotive Engineer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To investigate and provide technical solutions for issues raised by importers
- Daily follow up of Open case until completion
- Evaluation and approval of high-cost Warranty repair
- Introduction of Best Practice Process
- Create Newsletters and CQSR Alerts for publication to Importer
- Vehicle Investigation, Field Investigation
- Warranty Claim Validation
- Ability to coach and train
Experience:
- Automotive Engineer (Minimum 5 Year Master Tech ) with Dealer Experience
- OEM Trained
- Ability to Diagnose complex technical issues.
- Ability to manage transversal subjects.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Technical Training Experience
