As a Real Estate Agent your job role responsibilities include
- Generating Inventories
- Approaching client leads to buying, selling, and renting property.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Become an expert on your property market, secondary/primary and area specialization.
- Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
- Conducting viewings/meeting with buyers and sellers.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Build a network with all prospects to ensure long-term/repetitive business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market, statistics of transactions, and project launches.
- Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
المهارات
Requirements:
- Target-oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
- Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
- Real Estate Agent with a valid RERA license and minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the same field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property in UAE.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
