Saqua The Saudi Aquaculture System Factory, is the first closed water treatment and recycling systems (RAS System), For high biomass fish production projects in freshwater, salty water and Aquaponic systems, both traditional and LED culture.
In addition to studies, design and manufacturing, we perform in SAQUA the tasks of implementing & operating projects, and after-sales services such as training and development of projects without interruption.

Job Description :Recirculating Aquaculture Systems are land-based aquaculture facilities that reuse water by cycling it through a filtration system so it can be used again. The highly sustainable nature of these operations reduces the amount of water and space needed for aquaculture. The population of RAS-based facilities has grown exponentially and more are being implemented worldwide, year after year. The increased use of RAS represents a paradigm shift for aquaculture as they are becoming the standard, not only for early stages in freshwater, but the entire life cycle for many species.
Job Details:
Design engineers are responsible for the research and design of a company's new products and systems. They perform various tasks in an engineering department including drafting blueprints, creating test prototypes, and overseeing the manufacturing process. They are also known as mechanical engineers.
Responsibilities:
· Design new engineering products and processes
· Craft models and drawings of products using CAD.
· Analyze prototype data and retest if needed.
· Research new product ideas and methods.
· Improve existing products and processes.
· Ensure compliance with the industry's safety standards.
· Maintain accurate records.
Experience:
· Minimum 5+years of experience in the field
Must Have:
· Be knowledgeable of all modern technologies of RAS systems for fresh and salt water projects
· You should have experience and solid technical competence within the aquaculture industry, preferably in land-based RAS facilities.
· You have a demonstrated commitment to maintaining safe and environmentally friendly work practices.
· You have strong organizational skills, good computer skills and a good understanding of biological processes.
