Ensure achieving B2B business objectives. Develop team of specialists. Ensure meeting best market intelligence practices vs competitors.

  • Ensure yearly grow to the Key Accounts business.
  • Ensure best specialist among the existing team is handling the KA business.
  • Ensure best execution of marketing resources.
  • Ensure Al Shiaka performance is ahead of Competitors.
  • Ensure KA objectives are met.
  • Always explore new business opportunities through Concession channel.
  • Ability to build a unique communication with concessions channel.
  • Ensure best follow up method is being practice avoiding stock shortages.
  • Ensure best pricing model is applied.
  • Monitor daily sales operations & confirm business objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all B2B clients are in line with Alshiaka strategy.
  • Concentrate on selecting best B2B customers to deal with.
  • Ensure ongoing optimization of credit limits amongst all selected B2B customers.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of B2B customers display spaces.
  • Ensure best 5 B2B customers are having full range of Al Shiaka Products.
  • Ensure TO keep competition under pressure.
  • Control region budget and support others.
  • Member of Alshiaka B2B division team and accountable for its overall performance.
  • Ensure all sales team activities are in accordance with Al Shiaka TOB.
  • Design regularly sales & collection different initiatives to remain competitive and cost effective
  • Always Demonstrate different approaches toward objectives achievements.
  • Enhance customers loyalty and relationship.
  • Enhance & push for seasonal trade sales programs.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administrations.
  • 5 – 7 years in managing consumer channels (FMCG background is preferred).
  • Proven track in retail business development.
  • Solid communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Execution and follow up skills.
