We are looking candidates who can handle our Quality department (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) through daily coaching of staff and development through tactical and strategic planning for the department. The ideal candidate should coordinate with operations to bring results through effective quality control and assure we are serving the best to the customer.

المهارات

1. In depth understanding and experience within the realm of quality management in the food manufacturing industry is fundamental, Dairy Sweets/cafes/bakery/restaurant industry experience will be an added advantage.
2. Well versed in quality management systems such as FSSC22000 and related.
3. Provide management and technical support and coaching to the team
4. Lead own team to execution of plans as per strategy and budget
5. Keeping Top management apprised of product issues, dispositions, and quality improvement plans.
6. Ensure good and positive synchronization of the Quality section with all other departments of the company
7. Identifying quality improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions.
8. Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to receive regular customer feedback on the products
9. department and to the rest of the business.
10. Actively implement the company’s development and expansion
