We work with clients across industries to help them manage and optimize their operations through improving delivery and cost efficiency to become market leaders in their industry.
We help them find strategic solutions to address the challenges they face, optimize their operating model to deliver the best service and increase the operational performance while controlling operating cost.
We focus on developing solutions which can be immediately implemented in collaboration with clients teams and can rapidly bring visible and sustainable results.
You will be part of an international team, developing world-class intellectual capital throughout the Operations space, such as Supply Chain Operations, Service Operations, Digital/Operations Strategy, Manufacturing & Process Operations, Innovation & Product Development and Procurement.

As an Associate, you break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. You'll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen.

Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skill sets for successful candidates. We are seeking high-caliber individuals who want to join our winning team. Preference will be given to candidates with:

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
• Proven track record and excellent knowledge within the Operations space, eg Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
• Strong record of leadership, preferably gained in a project manager role in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, Operations-focused consultancy or Industry
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer international assignments
• Fluency in Italian & English is mandatory, additional European languages a plus
