Main purpose of job:
As Customer Account Liaison officer in Amman, you will:
Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to determine needs and potential service gaps, and manage the Preferred Partnerships and Business Select application process. Maintain a current database of partners.To provide admin and adhoc support to HOIO. Main responsibilities:
Customer Account Liaison:
Liaise with the Royal court, MFA and other stakeholders to manage high profile applications through to the end of the visa process.Organise and take part in internal and external stakeholder meetings.Prepare informative presentations for stakeholders.Analyse customer data to identify trends and then generate options for improvement.Enrichment/ IEI:
Complete local enquiries and document verification checks to support VSA case handling and HOIO investigations, using Arabic language and translation skills.Provide admin support to VSI and HOIO regionally including providing MI as required.Corporate:

The Embassy aims to offer an attractive working environment and remuneration package for this role, including a non-negotiable gross salary of JOD 1,145 per month based on a 37 hours per week. The Embassy operates a flexible working policy that allows staff to work different hours as well as allowing staff to work from home (with agreement of Line Manager) one day a week.
Please note that your salary will be paid gross and you are expected to comply with your tax obligations through completion of a tax return to the local authorities. If exceptionally you are not liable to pay Jordanian tax, you will receive a net salary, which is minus the deduction of an equivalent level of local tax. Further information on this will be given to candidates at interview if necessary.
This role is for a full-time employment, on a fixed-term basis for one (1) year. The successful candidate will be subject to a 90-days probationary period (as appropriate). The selected candidate must have a right to live and work in Jordan.
The package includes a good level of health insurance and a friendly, English-speaking work environment. We offer opportunities to develop professional skills through our Learning & Development offer. Leave entitlement is 25 days (on pro rata basis) plus 14 public holidays.
The Embassy follows a 70-20-10 model of learning. Your Line Manager will help you develop a personalised L&D plan and will share opportunities, resources and guidance to ensure you continue your learning and achieve your full potential.
