Job Description

About this role:

Conduct Integrated Management System – Audits on Qatar Onshore ( Contractors / Service Provider ) and Offshore ( Rigs )
Support Audit Management Activities – Audit Program , Audit Plan , Conduct Audits , Finalize Audit
Reports Conduct Audit Presentations Internally & Externally , Conduct Follow-Up Activities to ensure Audit Observations/NCR closure and report accordingly or conduct follow-up auidts for case closure
Support in establishing Statistical Analysis of Audit Outputs and Visual Representation of same for COMPANY Management
Support and Conduct Engagement ( Presentations / Seminars ) Activities to Develop New Strategies on periodic basis to ensure Continual Improvement of COMPANY D&W External Service Provider HSE Management Activities
Support in creating , documenting and improving HSE Guidelines, Work Instructions, Standard
Operating Procedures for COMPANY D&W related to External Service Providers
Conduct and Support HSE Tender Drafting and Evaluation for D&W Entity
Engage with operations and inter departments to ensure that all necessary regulatory requirements and approved codes of practice are identified and conditions complied with.
Provide support to D&W Onshore Operations , Logistics and other Services personnel to improve the HSE
Culture and related activities practiced by the External Service Provider
Lead the HSE Capability Building within D&W

What you need to bring:

Bachelors or MSc Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
At least 15 years of HSE Drilling experience within Oil & Gas Industry with minimum of 5 years of experience in Leadership & Management Roles ( both Operator & Service Provider )
Minimum of 5 years experience conducting Rig ( Offshore ) QHSE Audits
Good understanding of Drilling operations, drilling engineering, oilfield environment.
Good communication skills
Professional Expertise in Soft Skills – MS VISIO , MS OFFICE ( Word , Powerpoint , Excel )
Fluent English (written & verbal)
HSE Certifications BOSIET / CTA / HAZID / HAZOP /SIL / LOPA / Bow-Tie / Oil Spill
Certified Lead Auditor by IRCA ISO 9001 , ISO 45001, ISO 14001 IWCF Level 2 (minimum)
