ATOMIC PROPERTIES LLC/ DMCC. are looking for ambitious Real Estate Professionals in Dubai to work with, who is capable of targeting the potential clients and closing the deals on commission basis. Preferably looking for people with real estate and sales background, however, other industries are also welcome.

Commission based
Office location: International city/ JLT
Reporting line: Team leader/ Office Manager
(Experienced agents can work independently).
Commission structure:
Attractive commission structures, starting from
50-50% up to 100%
Based on experience and monthly target achievements
Requirements:
. Must have valid UAE Driving Lisence
. At least 2years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage firm.
. The ability to network, market, and generating own leads.
. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and presentation skills.
. Effective negotiation, and analytical skills.
. Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
. Well-versed regarding phone and office etiquettes.
. UAE driving license and a car is a plus to succeed.
. RERA license is plus.
. The role includes generate potential clients, analysing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
