- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering – Preferred PMP Holder.
- Experienced in Infrastructure and road works – Minimum 10 Years as a Project Manager & 5 years as Operation Manager.
- Having perfect Knowledge in Contracts ( FIDIC / NEC & Bespoke Contracts).
- Having Perfect Knowledge in Planning.
- Having a deep Technical knowledge in Engineering / Procurement and executions on site.
- Well connected to Authorities and have a full knowledge on all NOC requirements.
- Holding the SOI Cards
