الوصف الوظيفي
- Defining Microsoft Dynamics enhancement requirements for reports and Business processes.
- Performing gap analysis.
- Supporting project-related tasks in order to complete customer implementations of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Determine how software can best meet the requirements.
- Programming, customizing, and configuring Microsoft CRM systems.
- Interact with clients, collecting requirements, and mapping them to the functions and features of the products.
- Support and implement CRM changes.
- Systems design and implementation and support for building processes and requirements, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and user support for CRM applications.
المهارات
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, system design, or related business experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems or related field.
- Superior English communication skills – Oral and written
- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
- Result-oriented and quick at delivering projects.
- Good understanding related to the sales and marketing management life cycle.
- Strong process knowledge and documentation skills.
- Active developer and hands-on technical understanding of Microsoft Technology.
- Presales Experience
- Available to join on short notice is preferred
