Job Description

Job Title : MEP Estimation Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualifications : Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience : 2-3 Years / Gulf Experience Preferred but not mandatory
Job Responsibilities:

• Quantity Take off for MEP Drawings and services
• Pricing & preparing BoQ for the projects
• Thoroughly Review all the documents provided by the Main Contractor and/or Consultants like Drawings, Specifications, Addendums, Special instructions, and BOQ (if any) before tendering (either Tender or Job in Hand) to determine the scope of works and proceed with the estimation.
• Utilized cost estimation systems to document project information, create estimates, and revise project costs to reflect current data.
• Prepare electrical engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, designs, specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents
• Design & Drafting of HVAC Services
• Design & Drafting of plumbing & drainage services
• Preparation of Electrical design of projects.
• Preparation of SLD, DB, SMDB and MDB schedule and cable selection according to design and specification.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office

Availability : Immediate
Salary : AED 2000-2,500 per month all inclusive
