HVAC-R Designer:

AME Design Group is actively seeking a creative, highly talented HVAC-R Designer to design complete systems (e.g., HVAC duct layout, HVAC equipment spec’s, HVAC calculations, Ventilation system, Exhaust system, etc.) for a variety of projects (with emphasis on Multi-Family Residential Projects), and develop/design solutions for technical problems of moderate scope and complexity within the HVAC-R discipline. This person will be based out of our new office in Amman, Jordan.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

Performs HVAC design calculations, prepares drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, and similar technical work as required.
Communicates with and coordinates with team leader in the preparation and/or completion of design documents.
Understanding of international & uniform building mechanical codes and standards (Preferred).
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, time management required.
Ensure that all project documents are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and prior to project deadline.

المهارات

Education:

BSC in Mechanical Engineer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (These are things the candidate should possess prior to being hired, i.e., computer skills)

Minimum experience (2-5 years) in MEP (Preferred).
Must have experience in working with REVIT and AutoCAD.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to resolve design problems
Proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations, spreadsheets, and report writing.
Excellent communication skills.
