Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Asset Management Engineerto join our team! In this role, you will get to support the development and delivery of asset management services across the Middle East.
This production and implementation-oriented role requires a focused individual with established communication skills and a foundational knowledge of engineering to support development of Parsons expanding Asset Management services within the Middle East.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region under direct guidance of the Asset Management Practice Lead.
Asset management delivery activities include:
- Supporting the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards
- Supporting implementation of these asset management activities including guiding inspections, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting and supporting the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents
Development and delivery of asset management services across a range of activities including asset management system deployment
- Support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics
- Analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans.
Activity specific training, guidance, and oversight will be provided to help empower you to be successful in conducting these activities
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, hydraulics, or environmental engineering field from an internationally accredited University
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Established proficiency in professional-level written and spoken English
- The role will be based out of the UAE with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities.

- Experience with data analysis and technology implementation activities
- Experience within roadways, heavy rail or building market space
