الوصف الوظيفي
ü Financial Analysis & ORM:
1. Monthly ORM review preparation and improvement
2. Financial Reporting & analysis: All reporting requirements for all business segments.
3. Developing new Automating financial analysis report to save time and good analysis
4. Business intelligence (BI) reports for balance sheet & income statement
ü Budget Reports:
1. Prepare budget plan.
2. Improve and check budget forms & insure alignments with all data, and insure ability for update.
3. Manage data collection and insure proper confirmation.
4. Review budget calculation for all expenses & costs & insure alignments between all results
5. Review budget reports & review final presentation.
6. Insure that budget controller perform his duties properly & timely.
Ø Costing Control
ü Actual Costing:
1. Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function
2. Insure completing all production posting activities timely
3. Overview & Check all actual data posted by production & make required adjustment if required.
4. Monthly overview period end closing & posting (WIP, Variances, Un-realizes cost, etc.)
5. Monthly overview all costing entries & provisions.
ü Standard Costing:
1. Review planned activities for work center.
2. Review the planned cost data & check entered Standard cost & standard planned activities, and maintain activity rates for production cost centers.
3. Review Material Costing run, after calculating planned cost.
4. Review overhead percentage and adjust when necessary
5. Managing costing budget preparation.
6. Development and maintenance of standard costs
Ø General Monthly Expenses :
- Review recorded monthly expenses and its analyzes reports:
- Monthly analysis for prepaid & Accruals accounts.
- Monthly analysis of all controls accounts.
Ø Cash flow:
- Prepare indirect Cash Flow in ORM & balance sheet reports.
- Prepare budgeted cash flow to compare with actual.
- Prepare Monthly Investment Status Report when it required
