Meshico group is looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with +3 years of experience working in Fine-Dining restaurants across the United Arab Emirates
As a Waiter / Waitress you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a fine dining experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
- To be familiar with the composition of all menu products
- Follows the sequence of service at all times, focused on high experience standers
- To serve beverages and plates in accordance with standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
- To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer honestly
- Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guests and his superiors during operations
- Interacts with his/her teammates and managers in order to improve service and communication

- Neat appearance and exceptional grooming habits for a professional presence
- A friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
- Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
- Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
- Knowledge and experience in upselling
- His/her should have previous training and a minimum of 2 years of experience
