الوصف الوظيفي
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Promoting the organization and products
• Prepares proposals and sales contracts
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
• Managing overall maintenance of the product listing, record keeping of the documents, record updates and account audits
• Have clear target of the UAE market, work hard to achieve the target.
المهارات
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role / outdoors sales . Previous experience in the Cosmetics retail industry is a major plus
• Salary includes a competitive commission structure
• Fluency in English/Arabic
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
