Digital Director Required Jeddah KSA.

New and exclusive to eMagine Solutions, our client is a leading hospitality company who are aligned with the Vision 2030 project in Saudi Arabia, the company is not focusing on their entire customer journey and looking to digitise the process. As such we are looking for a Head of Digital to oversee the entire program. To give you an understanding of the CX they are engaging predominantly via an App both Android and iOS and we are looking for someone with expertise in Media and CRM, Brand and Performance Creative, Web Personalization and Content Automation. Although you won't be directly building the website or the content you will be overlooking a team who will be.

This role will see you:

• Deliver best-in-class digital media solutions for the client globally, bringing together expertise from fields of digital engagement

• Serve as client & project lead for Ad Tech & Data Governance workstream, establishing a close and trusted client relationship and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality work.

• Define the end-to-end global processes for delivery through our future centralised digital media hubs, including standard SLAs and clarity on roles and responsibilities.

• Manage global client engagement programmes, including monthly project showcase, and promoting key project milestones from across digital workstreams.

• Responsible for coordinating the integration of digital expertise with outside agency functions including Strategy, Performance Reporting, Creative Production, and more.
