Al Watanieh for Fuels (GO) – Mobil Authorized Distributor – seeks to hire experienced
Senior Accountant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the preparation of financial reports of the company and stations on a monthly basis.
- Review the entries main accounts into the general ledger or accounting system in force.
- Follow up payments of treasurers at the stations.
- Follow-up of payment of cash invoices.
- Follow up the company's purchase invoices and prepare the checks as required.
- Prepare monthly and semiannual bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and matching them with the stock system.
- Prepare monthly closing entries (expenses, payments, etc.)
- Carry out other tasks related to financial department according to direct manager instructions.
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field;
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in related field;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Excellent planning and organizing workload skills;
- Excellent accounting software user.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking);
