Job Purpose:
The role will assist CCIB Management in conducting and growing business within a robust governance and control environment by (a) acting as Trusted adviser to Management, (b) providing guidance to ensure appropriateadherence to compliance policies (especially KYC), (c) periodically Reporting on business progress/momentum, (d) monitoring deal pipeline and leading deal flow meetings (e) support on data management/automation requirements
Work collaboratively with VP BM CCIB and CCIB business management in general, business partners and enablement functions (as required) to ensure quality and timely delivery
Key Accountabilities:

  • MIS & Reports – Preparing Strategic reports and Decks (Financial and Non- financial) to the senior management on Adhoc, daily, weekly & Monthly basis, it covers the Key Performance Indicators, Revenue, Balance Sheet, Utilization, Client engagements, complaints, Account on boarding Analysis, Sales Pipeline.
  • Creating a weekly and monthly KPI reports by closely working with the key stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product) reports consists of revenue forecasting, Balance sheet reports such as Assets (funded / unfunded) Liabilities.
  • Data Management – CIB customer Master management, ensure the coverage led model is aligned within all the source systems (RMs portfolio allocation) with the RM budget allocation, reports on KAPs, Client engagement and sales pipeline.
  • Working on the Finance data to deliver the various dashboards providing the P/L reports (Actual revenue VS Budget, Revenue forecast based on current run rate, Revenue by Segment, By Client group, By RM, by Department head)
  • Engaging with the IT support for the large data extraction from the various system, to create and deliver the reports in MI dashboards
  • Supporting the senior management on the corporate strategy by segment, region reports, market research, and data analysis with the interactive PPT visualizations.
  • Always providing for the ADHOC support to the senior management in terms of creating the quick reports in excel or PPT based on their requirements.
  • Lighthouse (CRM) – Coverage support – on boarding the staffs, walk through session on the functions of application, BAU assistance on key process modules
  • Data support to the peer teams – Working as a central support for the Risk Management attributes such as RAROC, RWA analysis and reports
  • Automation Projects – Working with the external IT vendors to deploy Robotic Process Automation in an Agile function for the key process in the team
  • Account Clean Up – Account transfers and harmonization in the source system, converting the clients between the coverage groups in co-ordination with Business Finance.
  • CCC – Key transaction monitoring – Working with the independent teams such as Coverage, OPS, Product, IT to achieve the completion of breached transactions (Cash, Trade), KYC and Regulatory Reporting for CBUAE
  • Partnering with the internal development team to bring the Insightful and interactive dashboard reports of the key transactions which defines the transactions initiated through the different channels slice and diced with the variety of information.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Services, Payments, Digital and Technology Strategy Executionwithstrong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in the Corporate Banking domain, strong data analytics skills and knowledge of key functional areas such as credit, compliance, risk management etc. (nice to haves)
  • Hands on experience in executing transformation objectives with ability to structure, manage complex business challenges to advance business and digital strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to and implement organisational strategy
  • Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organisation and with people from many cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives and strategic priorities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of banking industry with deep understanding on the Corporate and Commercial Banking
  • Must have Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
