The Company
Our client who is an established Mental Health Centre excellently equipped that work with Children and Adults based in Dubai
Requirements

Child or Adult Psychologist
16 hours minimum per week (2 days)
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience Post Masters in Psychology
Ideally already have Dataflow report and DHA License

Main Requirements of Role

Supporting individuals, couples, and families through issues that affect their mental health and well-being. Successful candidates will show initiative, enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to helping others.
Identify and treat mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, anger management, trauma, grief/loss, and self-harm.
Incorporate various therapeutic modalities like ACT, CBT, and DBT.
Diagnose mental health challenges and provide treatment plans and progress notes to track progress.
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and refer to other psychologists as needed.
Awareness of diversity issues and ability to work in a diverse environment.
Preferred but not required: develop and deliver psychoeducational webinars and trainings to diverse groups, including corporations.

General Benefits:

This is a Revenue Only role between 50-70% on consultations depending on experience
