الوصف الوظيفي
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategy for the development and management of the e-commerce business / channel
- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key people within the organization
- Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the e-Commerce site
- Budget management for the online channel for UAE
- Overseeing product offer and merchandising. Ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively
- Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online arena
- Produce revenue, unit and gross profit and operating cost targets annual budget
- Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns
- Ensure all information of product is current and accurate
- Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments
- Monitor sales, stock and gross margin report by division, concept and product group for review
المهارات
- 2-3 years of experience in the on-line selling environment
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Branding and sales knowledge
- Technical expertise on the online channel
- Negotiation Skills
