الوصف الوظيفي
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage data and reporting related to the company performance and CEO reporting needs
- Prepare requirements for data and performance reporting, in agreement with the CEO and Head of the EO
- Manage data requests from responsible business units, prepare reports, and issue periodic performance reports
- Prepare reports & presentations as needed
- Analyze data effectively by leveraging the tools and technologies available within SAR, especially Strategy & Planning Departments
- Collaborate to improve the accuracy and availability of data to further drive informed decision-making
- Data quality review procedures and measuring compliance with the EO standards
- Review annual performance, discuss areas of improvements, and identify appropriate actions to elevate the organization’s performance
- Evaluate strategy execution performance and review operational plans
- Align EO operational and strategic KPIs and Targets to the overall strategy of SAR
المهارات
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, MIS or Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
