Job Purpose:
To manage projects, prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting, perform day to day operational duties and conduct business activities to grow channels business and increase ENBD revenue.
- Create Business Case and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Gather user requirements from stakeholders.
- Discuss the changes with Group IT / Vendor.
- UAT testing and signoff.
- Enhancing current services.
- Increase channels usage.
- eChannels Reports.
- Send bulk SMS’s (promotion, customer reminder and customer alerts)
- Manage SADAD and MOI requests (add biller, remove billers and modify)
- ATM/CDM & Kiosk monitoring and first level of support.
- Reduce traffic on branches.
- Achieve business objectives and strategies.
- Monitor performance and help in decision making.
- Meet customers’ need and satisfy regulators.
- Meet compliance requirements.
- Manage SAMA requests.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related felid.
- 3 Years Banking Experience (preferably in projects).
