الوصف الوظيفي
- Engages with employers and solicits their commitment to work with our team for the purposes of helping employers fill open job vacancies.
- Builds knowledge of labour market and employment trends through research and networking and develops a deep understanding of business threats and opportunities.
- Undertakes market analysis to identify target employers to approach in order identify, generate and secure vacancies for job seeker programs delivered by Maximus.
- Activities include:
o identifying employers who have current or near future needs to fill job vacancies
o explaining the benefit of working with our team to receive free assistance with hiring
o explaining the range of programs and services delivered by Maximus
o working with the employer to identify job roles which closely align to our job seeker candidate pool.
- Applies account management skills to develop a pool of employers and develop ‘brand loyalty' that results in repeat requests from employers for assistance with their hiring needs as well as a source to identify other potential employer clients.
- Builds deep knowledge of Maximus programs in order to drive opportunities with existing employers to maximise revenue and ensure the employer is aware of the wider maximus offer.
- Attends marketing events and acts as a brand ambassador for Maximus.
- Attends site visits with prospective employers, delivers presentations and sells solutions.
- Advocates on behalf of the Job Seekers during business development activity, job and vacancy research.
- Measured by metrics which drive programme performance including: 1) the number of vacancies identified (that align with job seeker profiles), 2) the number of job placements and 3) the number of placed job seekers who sustain work.
- Reviews employer post-placement support model to ensure contractual obligations and sustainment levels are met, including collating contractual paperwork within agreed timescales.
- Reports performance data to the management team as required.
- Complies with company policies in relation to employer and job seeker data management, recording of employers and vacancies and validation procedures.
- Acts ethically and in line with Maximus values and policies at all times.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by management
