الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare and manage manpower budget in the region.
- Track the key performance indicators of the work of the HR department and suggest improvements as needed by the area.
- Ensure that all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans compatible with Nationalization programs to attract the best talent.
- Provide support and advice to departments on recruitment policies and procedures.
- Developing the employment network through the relevant contacts, professional centers, social networks, employment offices and fairs.
- Providing support to employees by creating a good relationship in the area and creating programs and activities in the workplace related to employee health and benefits.
- Problem solving and support to create a better workplace.
- Provides leadership and direction for all human resource activities in the area.
- lead and organize initiatives and directives at the district level.
- the timely processing associated with transfers, promotions, training, termination and new hires.
المهارات
Qualification Skills:
- A relevant university qualification.
- 3 years experience in recruitment and human resource management
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in working with Office programs and visual communication programs.
- Proficiency in the use of human resources management programs and applicant tracking systems.
