Job Description

Senior support analyst is responsible for the maintenance of hardware.
3-4 years of experience
ITIL V3 Awareness / Foundation Certified
Fluent in spoken & written English
Arabic Language (spoken : as add on skill)
Awareness of the IT hardware & Equipment's
Inventory management experience
Dealing with suppliers / support parties / follow-ups
Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
Awareness of the IT Infrastructure & Applications
Customer service skills and client focus
Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language
