Community Impact Specialist
Summary
The Community Impact Specialist is reports to the Community Impact Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to structure, measure and report on impact created through civil society partners.
Standard accountabilities for Community Impact Specialist, outreach:
- Collects and analyzes information, objectives, practices and procedures related to a large-scale of outreach program.
- Provides recommendations and action plans, and helps to oversee implementation
- Monitors and reports alignment with the program’s set budget and expenses.
- Collection and analysis of monitoring and evaluation materials, including a detailed database of participants
- Contributes to the development of the program strategies and improvement of its objectives and reach
- Support Community Impact Manager in setting strategy, KPIs and budgeting plan.
- Gathers information from other departments and program initiatives to ensure the quality performance of the program.
- Reports regularly on the effectiveness and reach of the program and optimizes and ensures awareness of management.
- Insure alignment all tasks with CPF goals and visibility.
- Any other related duties to the job’s summery.
Education, Knowledge and experience:
- BSc. In Business Administration, Social Studies or a relevant field
- Experience operations, and leadership, especially in related field.
- Experience of 4-6 years in a similar role working with community-based organizations, not-for-profits, international NGOs or any relevant institution
