الوصف الوظيفي
- Determine and direct the overall PR strategy aligning with corporate goals and objectives
- Execute periodic plans with the Press, PR agencies and Influencers to deliver point of view and field press remarks and questions regarding our accomplishments and achievement of milestones
- Develop and implement strategy for controlling messaging on social media
- Creatively and resourcefully address general audiences and institutions though traditional and digital/social media platforms in case of crisis management and negative publicity affecting brand reputation
- Assume control of communications during crisis
- Transform internal stakeholder relationships into partnerships to ensure launch projects and campaigns are properly executed as per the guidelines agreed on and approved
- Lead the decision-making process based on research, sentiment tracking and identification of regional and global PR trends
- Represent the group in conferences, forums and industry events as the “recognized representative” of the organization, building trust through in-person events and meetings
- Channel dialogue with the external sources in a structured, well thought of and timely manner while adhering to our standards and position in the industry
- Maintain positive share of ink during in key markets (KSA, GCC and Egypt) for top channels, flagships and key offerings
- Develop and manage Investor Relations engagement plans, events and roadshows
- Maintain information sharing platforms with our investors, the financial community, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal partners on company’s performance reports, investor presentations and review of key issues
- Maintain an assigned budget for proper utilization of coverage and events
- Expand the full set of PR assets, corporate PR Tools – presentations, speakers notes and kits to present on all platforms
- Represent the group at meetings and forums with government officials and public policy makers

- Experience in representing a dynamic brand company
- Excellent public speaking and influencing skills
- Arabic language speaker
- Able to manage relationship with key stakeholders
- Public listed company experience
- International blue-chip experience desirable
- Able to ‘make things happen’ in a complex Public Relations situation
- International experience and exposure to diversity
- Able to communicate financial documents such as annual reports and strategic direction
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, developing and nurturing talent
- Able to craft a narrative with excellent written skill and storytelling
- Network and relationship builder
- Comfortable in a matrix function as a strategical partner with senior leadership
