Qualification : At least 6 years minimum experience
Required Skill Set :
(In case of IT requirements) Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.

Job Description / Responsibilities :
– specialize in helping clients negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts. They specialize in resolving disputes or arranging agreements between parties, whether those parties are individuals or businesses.
– will provide support in the following areas for Buy contracts, drafts, reviews, collaborates with stakeholders, and processes agreements between the company and suppliers of products or services.
– Prepare, develop, and monitor contracts for services and supplies; prepare and develop requests for contracts and amendments; compile data to prepare proposals and reports.
– contract drafting and clause negotiation, performance analysis to maximize operational and financial performance and risk mitigation, both financial and reputational (e.g., business relationships get damaged by defaulting on contract terms).
Desired profile of the candidate :
Bachelor's degree in law or relevant field. A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication skills. In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
