- Supports in managing resources engaged in projects both internally and externally and Liaises with vendors for new product development/enhancement to meet business objectives.
- Provide support to other functions and strategic programs eg: IT Governance framework implementation and IT Strategy implementation.
- Develops high quality products and quick services for customers in all banking related activities by employing modern technology and automation.
- Adheres to the service level agreement (SLA) with the business in co-ordination with other division heads and ensures that the delivery of technical support is as per the defined SLAs.
- Investigates, analyses, and resolves complex application and software problem and implements permanent solution for the issues which are of repetitive nature and cause roadblock in company operations and tests all programmes installed for accuracy, reliability and performance and ensures timely updates/maintenance of the system software, to assure meeting required customer satisfaction with adherence to internal policies, procedures, budget controls and SLAs
- Provides support for applications and CRM solutions by doing any programming that may be required and creates clear and concise documentation to support maintenance of developed products.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement and ensures that the support requests are solved within budget and meets defined expectations.
- Designs, configures and tests new processes and ensure that the same are incorporated in the application systems as per business requirements.
- Manages implementation of IT projects with SADAD for SADAD Gateway / SADAD Biller and SADAD OLP and ensures timely roll out and Undertakes the development, refinement, and tuning of integrations between applications.
- Implements the internal control systems in the department and participates in the departmental audits. Implements practices to bridge gaps identified during departmental audits.
- Aligns program plan for all the large initiatives in Oracle applications, Microsoft applications, Data warehouse, Business intelligence, Customer Relationship Management and its content management.

- Provide and implement cost optimization initiatives and Identify and reduce low value activities, in the same time assure overall customer satisfaction for the services provided and projects achieved.
- Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section.
- Implements the risk policies and processes (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks), ensuring that that these meet regulatory and internal requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology related discipline.
- PMP Certification.
