Petra Trading & Investment Co. is looking for a Unit Manager/HFS to join Sales team as below:
Job Purpose:
Supervise Sales representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets, develop Sales Representatives sales skills and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution and Work on achieve the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field .
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as Unit Manager/HFS.
Skills:
– Problem Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques.
– Selling Skills.
– Financial Management & Budgeting.
– Report Writing Skills.
