The Company are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Contacts Engineer or Contracts Administrator to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:

– Manage the preparation and execution of pre-award and post-award activities.

– Administer EPC Contracts, FM Contracts, Lease Agreements and etc. with PMC and SPV, Contractors, Aramco and SAPMT.

– Draft, handle, oversee and administer all the correspondences, letter logs (incoming/outgoing) of all Parties and provide response as required.

– Manage and implement contract terms and conditions, analyze contractual and commercial sections, and coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (project controls, project management, construction, engineering, Quality, HSE, with all parties and client)

– Participate in proposal development activities including preparation of required proposal response

– Handle/oversee the Weekly meetings (with EPC, PMC, SPV, SAPMT and Aramco & etc.).

– Provide input to Project Monthly Progress Report for SPV, PMC and EPC & other parties (full coordination with PMC Team).

– Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet Project/Statutory requirements & etc.

– Participate in Quantification of EPC’s proposals for Variation Orders.

– Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

– Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and local standards.

– Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff from SPV and PMC

– Solid decision-making capabilities, and the candidate shall be able to work independently and require limited supervision.

– Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) or in Construction Law.

• 8 – 10 years of experience in similar position with PM Consultant preferably on mega or medium scale infrastructure projects including buildings, compounds, villas & etc.

• Experienced in working in a tri-partite Joint Venture structure in a fully integrated project team.

• Experience in Claims

• Administrating, writing, reading and understanding contractual documents and correspondences in English.

• Proficiency in English.

• With transferable Iqama.

• Can join immediately.

• Is able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills

• Has excellent organizational skills

• Is passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to succeed

Monthly Remuneration Package: SAR 16K.
