We are looking for an experienced and result driven Sales Assistant.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in business or any related field.

Responsibilities:
● Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
● Customer support , Solve the queries online via mail or by call .
● Well known about the selling products and brands.
● Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items

● Proven working experience in retail sales
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
● Proficiency in English
● Track record of over-achieving sales quota
● Solid communication and interpersonal skills
● Customer service focus
● Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
● Basic administration skills
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
● Minimum 2 years experience in industrial automation products .
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
