Our client, a leading construction machinery supplier is looking for a Product Support Engineer for their office in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer and Dealer technical support for all products
Ex: Site service, troubleshooting, maintenance
Territory is MENA countries and East Africa
Feedback any information and field issue related product support to our manufacturer
Judgement of warranty claims and registration
Conduct training for the dealer
Field trip for machine inspection
Inspection and maintenance for stocked machine in company premises
Supporting Parts Department and Sales Department for identifying part numbers and preparing quotations and follow up
Field machine inspection to expand our parts sales.
Qualification:
Driving License
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience & Knowledge in Construction Machineries
Ability to conduct the training
Providing technical support
Willing to travel
Written and verbal communication skills
With computer data entry skills
Collaborate well with other staff and can be a team player
Adhere to company guidelines and procedure
