الوصف الوظيفي
Production & Plant Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities of a plant.
Drive best practices and share in the responsibility for developing, evaluating and improving the key performance indicators for all plant operations to include Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Profitability.
Develop and lead supervisors in their leadership journey as well as achieving plant and company objectives. Partner with support departments for success, including but not limited to, Human Resources, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, Safety, and Quality Control.
Candidate must have knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; on-going performance management
المهارات
– Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical or Industrial)
– Previous experience in steel production is required – 5 years minimum
– Read and interpret Blueprints of customers requirements
– Manage the production facility from sourcing raw materials to producing the finished product
– Lead team of CNC machine operators and steel workers/welders
– Experience in traffic signs fabrication and Printing on reflective sheets
– Experience in steel roll forming
