PMO Analyst

Our Client
is a leading IT Consulting Company and the end client is a Telco.
Your Responsibilities
- The PMO Lead , will act as a problem solver and support the delivery of Information Technology and Implementation related projects.
- This position supports key domains of project management, to evaluate progress, implement change, remove obstacles, and assure anticipated outcomes of the programs are achieved.
- Maintain program plan outlining key tasks, resources, critical path , RAID
- Define and enforce key processes for decision making, approval authority and escalations matrix
- Identify and track program inter-dependencies and alignment of stream level plans and stakeholder
- Prepare and lead governance meetings (weekly, monthly) with key stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting project and program delivery preferably in telecom industry
- Knowledgeable on project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI-PMBOK, etc.),
- Managing and Controlling: Creates and maintains appropriate documentation to support the delivery of defined improvements,
- Planning and Organisation: Tracks all actions and prioritises them for maximum benefit,
- Residency in KSA or willing to relocate.
