Key Responsibilities
a) Managing and delivering the technical and functional work streams of the project
b) Ensure the overall coordination with the suppliers, the customer’s technical team and various
Subject Matter Experts from relevant stakeholders involved in the implementation of the
solution.
c) Ensure that the delivery work streams under his/her responsibility are delivered on time,
within agreed scope and cost and with the expected quality standards
d) Assist the Program manager and the Planner in preparing and updating the project plan
e) Oversee design documentation (LLD/HLD) consolidation and submission from different
vendors
f) Manage technical workshops with customers and other SMEs from external stakeholders
g) Supervise the preparation of the testing & acceptance documentation with suppliers and
client (testing strategy, UAT, test procedures, etc.)
h) Oversee and managed the testing & acceptance phases conducted by the vendors
i) Ensure a proper tracking of the technical issues during the project execution
j) Good technical experience in system or applications architecture design

Skills and Experience
a) Be proficient in all Project/Program Management domains and provide solid proof of records
of such
b) Demonstrate a hands-on experience in delivering complex client facing contracts using both
Waterfall and Agile delivering methodologies. Most significant project references shall be
listed.
c) 7+ years of international experience in implementing medium to large-scale ICT and software
solutions towards Business customers such CRM, ERP, etc,
d) Have PMP or Prince2 certification and hold an Agile Certification
e) Have a good understanding of the health insurance sector and a good technical knowledge
on IT solutions, protocols and standards used in this industry such as EHR, EMR, HL7, FHIR
f) Have solid experience in using well-recognized project & communication tools such as
Microsoft project, Jira/Confluence, Share Point, Slack, Trello.
g) The consultant shall have the ability to promote the usage of these tools to improve the
project efficiency
h) Good technical knowledge of Cloud computing technologies is a plus
i) Proficient in written and spoken English
j) Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
k) Proficiency in technology specification and standards documentation
