Job Description

– Ensuring operational efficiency through completing daily administrative responsibilities and providing technical support to the Real Estate Agents.
– Implementing a robust data entry system with the use of business-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
– Preparing sales-related documents, invoices, receipts, and contracts, as required.
– Maintaining spreadsheets in Excel related to administrative activities.
– Ensuring good documentation practice, by maintaining accurate and updated data across all business files.
– Receiving and responding to e-mail correspondences and phone inquiries in relation to real estate solutions and referring clients to the relevant real estate agent.
– Maintaining adequate inventory for stationery and office-related supplies.
– Preparing reports and company presentations as required.
– Submitting required documentation for the purpose of obtaining Trakheesi Permit for specific properties.
– Scheduling property viewings for clients/ sales team .
– Maintaining updated data regarding company listings on Property advertisement portals.
– Maintaining /establishing right elation with developers to get the inventories
– Managing social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Admin Requirements:
– 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
– Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Advanced typing, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
– Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
– Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills.
