The role of the Brokerage Coordinator/Broker Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all daily activities in accordance with standards, for all aspects of real estate, and miscellaneous business including, but not limited to, answering phones, appointment management, meeting coordination, document preparation, filing systems.

Job Description:

* Maintain complete knowledge of:

* All real estate clients

* Marketing databases

* File storage system, standard procedures, and forms

* Perform regular administrative duties including answering phone calls, planning meetings, taking detailed minutes, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining a filing system.

* Create and maintain a detailed call report for all listings.

* Create and deliver form letter of intent documents to prospects.

* Maintain calendars for all appointments.

* Develop and maintain intimate knowledge of upcoming lease expiration dates for renewal billing and lead generation. Weekly reporting is essential.

* Submit and reconcile expense reports.

* Schedule, plan, and participate in morning meetings.

* Building and maintaining all marketing systems including digital, direct, and social media

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor Degree

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in assistant or similar role.

* Advanced in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

* Proficient with computers and IT troubleshooting

* Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Proficient in computer literacy.

* Previous experience in real estate

* Familiarity with retail real estate
