الوصف الوظيفي

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the company goals.
  • Follow-up and supervision of the cleaning work in the building, follow-up of the work team, and quick guidance to solve problems.
  • Supervising and monitoring the places belonging to the female section, following up the situation, directing the female employees and monitoring violations (mosque – toilets – and the female employees' gathering places).
  • Coordinate and follow-up of toilet materials purchases with the procurement team.
  • Coordination of purchases of hospitality materials in the common kitchens (third floor – first floor).
  • Assist the Building Services with monitoring.
  • Make recommendations for the improvement of operational procedures and processes for the Facilities Management working stream
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
