الوصف الوظيفي

• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).

• Deep understanding of network security systems, intrusion detection systems and protocols including, VPN, IPSEC, RADIUS, ACLs, audits, log files, etc.

• Suggest improvements to boost the network’s capacity, performance, scalability, and security.

• Work with vendors and internal support teams to update, maintain, and patch all Fortinet infrastructure.

• Ensure system uptime and backup for network-related equipment.

• Maintain and update the technical reports on a timely basis.

• Resolve support issues that related to network/security issues that have escalated via the helpdesk team.

• Monitor network performance on a regular basis.

• Provide technical support during business hours and non-business hours on a rotating on-call basis.

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressure environment.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Business level fluency in English is required.

المهارات

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.

• 3+ years’ experience as a network engineer.

• CCNP R&S or NSE 4, NSE 5 is a must. NSE 6, NSE 7 and any other related certificates are a plus.

• Hands on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices.

• Well versed in Collaboration solutions & Wireless solutions.

• Solid background in network administration and architecture.
